From 8 December 2025 to 15 February 2026, our practice will be running extra Respiratory & Acute Clinics to help manage the busy winter period.
About the Clinics
These clinics are for patients with:
Coughs, colds, flu-like symptoms
Breathing issues
Other urgent, short-term illnesses
How to Book
Please contact reception as usual. We will do our best to offer an appointment in the next available clinic.
When the Clinics Run
Appointments will take place outside normal surgery hours on specific days during the following times:
8am–9am
5pm–6pm

These clinics are NOT for routine or long-term health issues. Regular appointments continue as normal.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during the busy winter months.
Covid Booster/Flu Vaccinations - Winter 2025
We are now taking bookings for the Covid Booster and Flu Vaccinations for Winter 2025. To book, please choose your specific clinic above and click on ‘Book Online’ If already registered, you can go down to appointments and click on the Covid Booster and Flu appointment.

Grange Clinic Surgery Increase in Fees 2025
Please note that as and from Monday 12th January 2026, there will be a fee increase of €5 for a general GP Consultation. The new fee will be €75.
Like many businesses, our operating costs have increased substantially due to rising expenses in medical supplies and utilities. We have made every effort to keep this increase to a minimum and have not passed on cost increases for over 3 years. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to provide essential healthcare to all our patients.

Online Booking
Grange Clinic are now offering certain online appointments through our booking portal. Please note that not all appointments are online as you may need direction from your GP. In order to make an appointment online, you need to be a patient of Grange Clinic and you will need to register online before you can start making appointments.
NB: Please do not book an appointment under your own name for a different patient. If you have an issue booking for a patient, please call the surgery on 01 848 0033.

Welcome
Grange Clinic opened in 2008 on the site of the previous medical practice "The Lodge Medical Centre" which was the practice of Dr Damian Jennings, Dr Des McDonnell and Nurse Bernardine Jennings from the early 1970s. These 2 practices have grown significantly since then and today comprise the practice of Drs Clifford, Maguire and Casey and the practice of Drs O'Neilll, Cahill and Callaghan.
